EGR VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LF]

1. Remove the plug hole plate.
2. Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LF].)
3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
4. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.
5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

1. Drain the engine coolant from the radiator. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT [ZJ, Z6, LF].)

1. Remove the air cleaner and air hose. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [LF].)
2. Remove the radiator hose (upper). (See RADIATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZJ, Z6, LF].)
